Woodcote High School converted to become an academy school in June 2012. The school works in partnership with Riddlesdown Collegiate, East Surrey College, Wates Construction, Croydon University, University Hospital Trust and The University of Creative Arts. The academy has specialist status in sport and has achieved the Healthy Schools award.
