Carterton Community College is a mixed comprehensive school, located in Carterton, Oxon, Hampshire, cattering for pupils between the ages of 11 and 16.
In September 2007 Carterton Community College was awarded specialist status in Engineering. This involves following a rigorous four-year development plan to improve standards as a whole and to also raise performance and participation in design and technology, science and maths. This means that Carterton school now has resources to improve facilities and further improve examination results, especially in Science, Technology and Maths. The school also has an important role to play in the community - to collaborate with our community partners, supporting them and building a programme of activities for young people, families and adult learners.
