Art and Textiles teacher needed in NW central London

A valued client school in north west London is looking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic teacher of art (and ideally textiles) to cover for a long term sick leave.

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to be dynamic, creative and experienced in teaching Art and Textiles to GCSE level.  The ideal candidate will have evidence of excellent classroom practice, high expectations of pupil attainment and evidence of the ability to motivate and engage learners.

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • At least one year’s teaching experience
  • Innovative and interactive approach to teaching
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a new environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
