One of our regular client schools, is currently seeking an English teacher to start in September.

An inner city, improving and well managed school which is oversubscribed, the post involves teaching to GCSE with the possibility of A-level for the right candidate.

The school has just been reopened as an academy. Pupils here are from diverse and often deprived backgrounds, but management initiatives brought in 3 years ago has reversed the decline and the school has been improving for some time now. The school will benefit from investment that Academy status brings.

With work in short supply and a budget cut due closer to the election - supply teachers may wish to "plug in" to something committed now to secure income.
