With GCSE results well above the National Average and a proud sporting tradition the successful candidate is expected to be a teacher with high personal standards and expectations. The post focuses on KS3 with some GCSE examination preparation required. Generally students here are keen and motivated allowing teachers to be creative and innovative in their teaching style.
