Teaching jobs in PE
Teaching Physical education provides opportunities for helping pupils to be creative, competitive and to face up to different challenges as individuals, and in groups and teams. It promotes positive attitudes towards active and healthy lifestyles.
A teacher of PE should stimulate an interest in a more active lifestyle in their children using the six areas of activity of the National Curriculum for Physical Education (i.e. athletics, a range of games, gymnastics, dance, outdoor and adventurous activities, swimming).
