Temporary HOD ICT post - with possibility for high salary!
A moderately sized Academy located in South/Central London is seeking a temporary HOD ICT to start in February.
This post was originally advertised to start in January but despite competition being hot for roles in schools like this, the school has not found the right person yet and will cover it internally until they do.
With just over 700 students on role the School is well ordered with few a behaviour management
challenges, it's GCSE A-C ranking has improved steadily over the last three years.
The ICT department is currently going through a restructure and is looking for a proactive staff member with ideas for how to improve the teaching of ICT in a secondary environment and re-capture the imagination of disaffected students.
